Democrats won the House. Now comes the hard part. When the 116th Congress convenes Thursday, the new majority will immediately begin pushing both an ambitious legislative agenda and an aggressive oversight campaign of Donald Trump’s presidency. But the potential for Democratic infighting also looms large.
