Hey today, I'm going to be talking about how to get more traffic to a website and the 3 types.
Traffic is the lifeblood to any business. When it comes to online internet marketing there really is 3 different types of traffic that is good to think about.
There is traffic you can buy. As you can guess this comes from any type of advertising that you have to spend money on.
I've experimented with some online advertising, but one idea when it comes to paying for traffic that I think you should consider is Solo Ads. Solo ads is when you pay someone to advertise on their email list.
You can disagree with me in the comments, but I think email lists are very strong and there are only a few marketers that I'm on their list.
Someone I look up to in affiliate marketing recommends Igor for solo ads, but I have not experimented with them. The next type of traffic is the kind you have to borrow. What does this mean?
A great idea, that we all should be more aware of is JV Launches. This is when many people in the same industry get together to promote each others free products to get more people on a list.
I used to do this a while ago, but haven't done it in a while. This could be a great idea to get more leads. One place to look into this would be Jvnotify.com Another idea is if you know of someone in your niche you could promote their lead magnet and they could do the same for you.
You could do this once or even make it so that it is the first page of your newsletter. These are examples of borrowed traffic and another example would be if you create a product and have affiliates market it for you.
The third type of traffic is the type you beg for. Beg doesn't sound too good, but you are relying on a website to get traffic. A great example would be SEO, writing articles, making videos – just look at Alex Jones who got banned right, Facebook traffic that is organic or Twitter.
With this type of traffic one change in the algorithm and that could put you out of business, just look at the Penguin and panda updates for Google?
