According to the Huffington Post, "Former 'House of Cards' star Kevin Spacey must appear in a Massachusetts court on accusations that he groped a young man in 2016, a judge ruled on Monday." He tried to get out of his court appearance, because he said it would amplify negative publicity. He was denied his request by the judge. He also told the press that he plans to plead not guilty to felony indecent assault and battery.
