Kevin Spacey Wants To Skip Court Appearance

Kevin Spacey is asking a judge for permission to skip his arraignment on sexual assault charges in a Massachusetts courthouse next month. According to Channel 24, Spacey's attorneys have filed a motion asking to excuse the actor's presence at January hearing in Nantucket District Court. Cape and Islands Assistant District Attorney Michael Giardino wrote that Spacey is required to appear under state law for criminal case procedure.
