University of iowa student Mollie Tibbetts was killed by an undocumented immigrants. While President Donald Trump used her as an example for tougher immigration laws, her family think otherwise. In fact, Mollie’s mother took in the friend of her teenage son who is the son of Mexican immigrants. Her son’s friend’s parents fled Iowa after a rise in political tensions following Mollie’s death. According to Business Insider, Mollie’s father revealed she was against anti-immigrant views.
