A writer for Business Insider recently listed several reasons why they would rather stay in a hotel than airbnb. Their first reason is that hotels have easier check-in process. Air BnB's are privately owned, so you don't work through the company to get inside the apartment or house your staying in. Hotels will also not cancel on short notice, unless there is an extreme emergencies. Air BnB users have found that hosts to cancel last minute.
