Amazon's Alexa Overloads On Christmas Day

According to a report by Geek.com, on Tuesday, Amazon's Alexa crashed due to a Christmas Day overload. The Guardian originally reported that thousands of customers who plugged in Alexa-enabled products experienced an outage in Europe, as servers became overloaded with too many questions and requests. As a result, Alexa told some customers, "Sorry, I’m having trouble understanding you right now.” The crash reportedly occurred around 5:00 a.m.
