According to Reuters, President Donald Trump made a surprise visit to troops in Iraq on Christmas.
The occasion also marked President Trump's first visit to a war zone during his presidency.
Air Force One touched down at the Al Asad Air Base west of Baghdad with the president and first lady Melania Trump on board.
But Trump was only expected to stay with the troops at the air base for three hours.
On their return flight to Washington D.C.
