Italy is famous for wine, food, cheese and cocktails. The Apertivo Spritz has recently became the most popular Italian cocktail. This simple cocktail made from the bitter Italian liqueur Aperol, Prosecco and and sparkling water is poured over ice and garnished with an orange slice. In this video, where I’m joined by Amanda Reed, Megan Brunn, Amber Williams, Jessica Daugherty and Amande Lee, we make everyone an Apertivo Spritz and talk about the items on a meat and cheese tray that accompanies our drinks.
