Nissan CEO Says He WIll Take It Slow In Reforming Company

Nissan CEO Hiroto Saikawa is taking the first steps towards reforming governance at the Japanese carmaker. This comes after Chairman Carlos Ghosn abused his power for nearly a decade to misappropriate funds. Saikawa said a new Special Committee for Improving Governance would make recommendations by the end of the fiscal year. According to Automotive News, Saikawa wants to start the new fiscal year with a clean slate.
