Patiala House Court will be delivering its verdict on application moved by Former Air Chief SP Tyagi, who has been named as an accused in the Agusta Westland Scam. The Ex IAF chief has sought permission to go abroad. The court directed cbi to file reply on Tyagi's plea to which the agency filed its reply on December 22. Meanwhile Michel is under ED's custody who will be grilling the middleman on a host of topics including the bogus agreements signed to launder money.
