AgustaWestland VVIP case: Patiala House Court to pronounce verdict against Christian Michel

In a setback for the AgustaWestland scam accused Christian Michel, the ED has formally arrested him after the nod given by the court. The ED has sought 15 day custody of Michel and had earlier questioned him for 15 minutes on the premises of the court. Remember Michel had applied for a bail plea claiming that he's no longer required for custodial interrogation and no purpose will be served by keeping him in custody. He's been in the custody of the CBI for the past 2 weeks.
