Cloudy skies with rain or snow expected in most regions

The Korea Meteorological Administration is forecasting cloudy skies nationwide on Sunday.
Rain or snow is expected to fall in most regions during the afternoon... except in provinces of Chungcheongnam-do... as well as the east coast of Gangwon-do Province... where a dry weather alert has been issued.
Meanwhile, a heavy snow alert has been issued for Jeju Island.
The national weather bureau has warned drivers to beware of icy roads.
The high on Sunday for the capital city of Seoul is expected to go up to three degrees Celsius.
