According to Reuters, a global gauge of stocks is falling again.
MSCI's gauge of stocks managed a short recovery after suffering six consecutive days of losses.
But the global index is down 1.4-percent on the day, erasing it's gains from the day before.
In Europe, the STOXX 600 index dropped by six-tenths of a percent, while Germany's DAX index is down half a percent.
