According to Reuters, on Thursday Apple Inc shared that they will spend $1 billion dollars on a second company campus in Austin, Texas.
The new 133 acre grounds will be less than a mile away from their other Austin location and and will first house 5,000 new employees, with the capacity to hold 15,000.
Apple's Austin campus will have jobs that include engineering, research and development, finance and sales functions.
