$1 Billion Campus
in Austin, TX Austin is already home
to an Apple campus which
accommodates 6,200 employees. The new campus is planned
to be erected across 133 acres,
less than a mile from the present one. Adding between
5,000 and 15,000 jobs, Apple also has plans to build offices
in Seattle, San Diego and Culver City. The tech giant plans
to add 20,000
U.S. jobs by 2023. It will invest $30 billion
in U.S. facilities and
$10 billion in U.S. data centers. Apple currently
employs 90,000
people in the U.S. The company created
6,000 U.S. jobs in 2017.
