Ohio Students May Have To Learn Cursive

Students in Ohio may be required to learn the art and craft of cursive writing.
According to HuffPost, the state’s senate passed House Bill 58 last Thursday.
The bill would allocate resources to schools to teach cursive handwriting.
In the age of the computer, some question the relevance of the handwriting style.
But students from more than 10 states are still required to learn cursive.
Alabama and Louisiana joined the list in 2016. Third, fourth, and fifth graders in Florida also have to study penmanship.
