President Trump has lashed out former FBI Director James Comey, accusing him of lying to Congress.
Comey testified to two House committees last week over his handling of the Russia probe and the FBI's probe into Hillary Clinton's emails.
According to transcripts from Friday's closed-door meeting, Comey was advised by his lawyer to not answer certain questions about the Russia investigation.
He also said the session was a waste of time as it was consumed by questions from Republicans about Clinton's emails.
In a tweet on Sunday, Trump suggested Comey's testimony was dishonest and evasive.
