A man in Texas has been arrested after refusing to stop telling children that Santa isn’t real.

A man in Cleburne, Texas, has been arrested after refusing to stop telling children that Santa Claus isn't real.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the incident occurred Saturday morning when 31-year-old Aaron Urbanski and two other men began protesting outside a church which was holding a Santa event.
They reportedly had signs and bullhorns and were confronting attendees about letting their kids believe in Santa.
A mother of four named Heather Johnson told KXAS that the men had asked her, "Do you let your kids believe in a fake Santa or do they know who Jesus is?"
Johnson then recounted: "When I told them not to ruin Santa and Christmas for my kids they started to shout out that Santa was not real and that I was wrong for teaching them that. I got really verbal with them over it."
Eventually, police officers arrived and two of the men left but Urbanski did not, and he was arrested for criminal trespass.
The mayor of Cleburne, Scott Cain, has since weighed in, writing in a Facebook post: "Don't Mess With Santa! While I understand folks right to protest, Cleburne loves Santa and those protestors who were naughty and broke the law when they trespassed were arrested promptly. Guess they wanted coal in their stockings to go with a court appearance."
