American Figure Skater Crashes Headfirst Into The Ice

According to Deadspin.com, During the Golden Spin of Zagreb, a skating competition in Croatia, American skater Ashley Cain fell, head first onto the ice in what appeared to be a horriffic fall. Cain and her partner Timothy LeDuc were in the final third of their long program, heading into their last overhead lift, when LeDuc’s hand appeared slipped causing Cain to fall. Although Cain appeared visibly disoriented after getting up from the ice, the pair finished their program.
