You don't need to conduct a major life overhaul to be happy in 2019. In fact, Business Insider reports small changes to your daily routine, each lasting just ten minutes or less, can go a long way. For example, stop to take a photograph of something interesting or beautiful. List three things you're grateful for. Plan something joyful for tomorrow. And every evening, set a priority to do something meaningful, instead of just vegging out on the couch in front of the TV.
