The South Korean government has come up with plans to ensure a stable supply of power this winter.
Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon, during his weekly ministerial meeting on Thursday, said.... the electricity supply is expected to be stable this winter,.... with power capacity at an all-time high of over 1-hundred-30 million kilowatts, and an additional backup supply of 11 million kilowatts.
Lee said that.... although this winter is forecast to be warmer than average,.... ministries should be prepared as the abnormal climate could increase demand for power.
