Wall Street Declines After Trade Truce Enthusiasm Waivers

According to Reuters, banks on Wall Street led losses on the day, citing a decline in US bond yields.
The KBW Bank index dropped 2.8-percent, with Bank of America and Citigroup losing about 3-percent each.
The S&P 500's financial sector was also trading down about 2-percent on the day.
By noon on Dec. 4th, the top three markets on the New York Stock Exchange were down about 1-percent each.
