Automated One-Sided Phone Interviews Make Finding Job Harder

Business Insider wrote that most employers are evaluating candidates through automated, one-sided phone interviews.
This helps them to more easily find potential employees in tight job markets.
Unfortunately for candidates, this makes the hiring process more frustrating and impersonal.
This is because the automated phone calls ask applicants a series of pre-recorded questions.
Like with anything, this makes it harder applicants to show themselves to employers fully.
