Wall Street Rebounds After Fed Chair Gives Speech On Economy

According to Reuters, US stocks rose high after a speech from the Federal Reserve chairman eased their concerns over interest rates.
Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell said that interest rates are now just below neutral, indicating that the pace for increasing the federal funds rate may slow down next year.
By the afternoon on Nov. 28th, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 477-points, rising to 25,226.
