At least 65 people across the U.S and Canada have fallen ill due to an outbreak of E coli bacteria. The outbreak is being traced to Northern and Central California. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) warns people not to consume any romaine lettuce harvested from those areas.
