NASA Will Attempt To Land InSight Probe On Mars

NASA will try to land its InSight probe on the surface of Mars around 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, November 26. According to Business Insider, in order to touch town on the red planet, the robotic lander must survive "seven minutes of terror." If the landing is successful, the InSight probe will begin a series of unprecedented scientific discoveries. It could become the first mission to measure the "vital signs" of the planet.
