Working group will ensure inter-Korean relations to achieve North's denuclearization: Pompeo

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says.... the relationship between South and North Korea is important for achieving denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula.
In an interview with KFDI News in Kansas on Sunday,... Pompeo said.... there are many elements to denuclearizing the North,... adding that the recently-established Seoul-Washington working group aims to achieve this goal by ensuring good inter-Korean relations.
He admitted negotiations with North Korea will take time,...but the Trump administration will be patient and make sure the regime continues to suspend its nuclear and missile tests.
Pompeo added economic sanctions on the North will stay in place.
