‘Aladdin’ Writer Criticized For Offensive Twitter Post

According to SF Gate, Terry Rossio, the Oscar-nominated screenwriter of “Shrek,” “Aladdin” and the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise, is being criticized on Twitter for using the n-word in a tweet. In his tweet, Rossio claimed that referring to people who are opposed to vaccinating their kids as “anti-vax” is like calling someone the n-word. Rossio, was credited on the 1992 version of “Aladdin,” and is credited on the upcoming live-action remake.
