Police firing tear gas and water cannons clashed in Paris on Saturday with thousands of protesters.
According to Reuters, it was the second weekend of 'yellow vest' protests across France.
Demonstrators are angry over rising car fuel costs and President Emmanuel Macron’s economic policies.
Around 8,000 protesters gathered on the Champs Elysees. Police barred them from reaching Macron's residence.
