According to a report by Comicbook.com, legendary Dick Van Dyke, best known for playing Bert in the 1964 classic, also played the role of Mr. Dawes Senior, the incredibly old and creepy banker that gave many young viewers nightmares. In a special edition of ABC's 20/20, it was revealed that Van Dyke literally had to pay Walt Disney 4,000 dollars to play the role.
