Eight centimeters of snow blankets Seoul, most in more than 35 years

Let's start with the freak weather we woke up to... here in Seoul.
It's still only November,... but the South Korean capital has been coated in a thick layer of snow.
It's the first snowfall of the season,... with nearly eight centimeters piling up in Seoul,... an amount not seen in a first snow of the season since 1981.
The surrounding Gyeonggi-do Province has been coated with around six centimeters of snow.
Snow advisories, which were issued in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do Province, have now been lifted.
However, the northern province of Gangwon-do and the middle regions of the country are forecast to see snow until the early afternoon.
