There are few days left for voting in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, BJP and Congress have once again sharpened the politics of polarization of Hindu-Muslim votes. There are 679 assembly seats in the five states where elections are going on. Congress has given ticket to 27 Muslims in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Telangana out of these 5 states, BJP has only four Muslim candidates in three of the five states. In these 5 states 90% of the voters are Hindus. While there are around 10% Muslim voters, who influence about 90 seats in these states

मध्यप्रदेश और राजस्थान में मतदान के लिए कुछ ही दिन बचे हैं। ऐसे में भाजपा और कांग्रेस ने एक बार फिर हिंदू-मुस्लिम वोटों के ध्रुवीकरण की राजनीति तेज कर दी है। जिन 5 राज्यों में चुनाव हो रहे हैं, वहां विधानसभा की 679 सीटें हैं। कांग्रेस ने इन 5 में से 4 राज्य मध्यप्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़, राजस्थान और तेलंगाना में 27 मुस्लिमों को टिकट दिया है। भाजपा ने 5 में से 3 राज्य मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान और तेलंगाना में सिर्फ चार मुस्लिम प्रत्याशी हैं। इन 5 राज्यों में 90% वोटर हिंदू हैं। जबकि करीब 10% मुस्लिम वोटर हैं, जो इन राज्यों में करीब 90 सीटों पर असर डालते हैं
