JCPenney’s ‘Black Friday’ Sales Start Earlier Than Most

According to Business Insider, JCPenney opens at 2 PM on Thanksgiving Day. It will stay open until 10 PM on Black Friday. The 2 PM start time is an earlier kick-off than that of any other retailers with ‘Black Friday’ deals. According to JCPenney, associates will be paid two times their normal hourly rate.
