2 terrorists on a motorbike hurled a bomb at the Nirankari Bhawan premises in Punjab's Amritsar. 3 dead, 10 have been injured. Security at all Nirankari Bhawana has been beefed up. Delhi is on high alert. Punjab CM has reviewed the law and order situation. As per sources, ISI can be behind the attack.
