Kris Wu shares stories about seeing Allen Iverson play, memorizing Céline Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On,” & more | 'First Times' Season 1 Episode 7
  • 5 years ago
Kris Wu looked back on his 10-year career and beyond to tell The FADER about the first time witnessing the greatness of Allen Iverson and believing that since their heights were similar that he could be as incredible on the court. He also went into the first Andy Lau cassette he purchased, memorizing Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" after watching the 1997 film Titanic, and the physical stress from his first job as a dishwasher. He closes by explaining the close relationship with his mother since she was often away, working to keep a roof over his head. As a result, he penned the song "Lullaby" and performs it each year on his birthday.
