Reuters reported that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will meet with incoming Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard in Houston on Thursday. The U.S. State Department didn't provide details on what the two would be discussing. Last month when Pompeo met with Mexico's current Foreign Minister they discussed the caravan of Central American migrants moving toward the United States. In the past few days up to 1,000 migrants have arrived in the Mexican border city of Tijuana.
