The government has made job creation its top priority, and some companies are responding to such efforts.
On Thursday,... South Korean industry tracker CEO Score announced a ranking of companies based on their net increase of workers over the first three quarters of 2018.
CJ Corporation, a food and entertainment conglomerate, came on top with an increase of about 6-thousand workers on-year.
Samsung Electronics was top out of the companies working in a single industry... with an on-year jump of roughly three thousand workers.
Roughly three hundred companies were surveyed,... and their total number of workers was up nearly 10-thousand from a year earlier.
