Trump Announces Kavanaugh's Replacement For Appeals Court

Trump announced his choice Tuesday for who would replace U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh on an influential federal appeals court.
The US president said he will nominate conservative lawyer Neomi Rao, known for her strong anti-regulatory views.
Rao currently serves as Trump’s top official on regulatory matters.
“She’s going to be fantastic - great person."
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit hears most major cases over the lawfulness of federal regulations.
