The army of France apparently trolled President Trump for skipping Saturday's World War I memorial service at a U.S. cemetery in France because of inclement weather, reports Mashable. It tweeted a picture on Monday of a soldier training in the rain and wrote what translates as: "There is rain, but it does not matter...We remain motivated." The White House has explained that Trump was unable to attend the service because the weather was causing visibility problems and Marine One, the presidential helicopter, could not fly, notes the Washington Post. It was later further explained that the president opted to not go by car as he did not want to cause traffic disruptions.  The Guardian reports that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau did make it to the memorial and commented: "As we sit here in the rain, thinking how uncomfortable we must be these minutes as our suits get wet and our hair gets wet and our shoes get wet, I think it's all the more fitting that we remember on that day…the rain wasn't rain, it was bullets."
