NO FURTHER ACTION TAKEN AY61 XNN Wallington Glass Driver Caught On Mobile Phone & Verbal Abuse

I was cycling up Streatham on 24/9/2018 around 4-4:30pm when i noticed this Wallington Glass driver on hes mobile phone
i said to him hes on his phone, you will notice in the video you see him drop the phone as he spots the cam,era but you can still see him talking
further up the road at a thatched box i stopped beside him, he opened hes window and proceeded to question me then resulted to verbal abuse telling me to "fuck off"
