Good morning, the light rain we saw on Sunday pulled down temperatures.
Morning lows are kicking off on a colder note, wear extra layers but afternoon highs will be couple notches higher.
Unlike the murky skies we had, most parts will be bask under plenty of sunshine.
However, many inland regions will see high levels of fine dust even right now, the areas are covered with thick blanket of toxic smog so have a face mask ready.
Checking today's temperatures, morning lows in most parts are kicking off in the single digits... but Busan and Jeju are a bit warmer at 12 and 13 degrees. Southern coastal regions will see light showers letting up in the morning.
Highs will range between 13 to 18 degrees, Seoul will get up to 13 degrees, Busan at 18 degrees. Regions in th east will see showers due to easterly winds in the afternoon.
