Thousand Oaks Shooting One Of The Deadliest In U.S. History

13 people, including the gunman, were killed at a shooting at a bar in Los Angeles' Thousand Oaks neighborhood on Thursday. The shooting was the 15th-most-deadly in US history, and police could find just a single handgun, according to Sherriff Geoff Dean. "Assault rifles get all the attention but certainly a handgun in the hand of the right person can certainly wreak a lot of damage, especially at close range," he said. A mass shooting in Thousand Oaks, California that has left at least 13 people dead is the 15th-deadliest shooting in US history, and the gunman only used a single handgun.
