This is the moment a baby was rescued from a locked car after she was allegedly abandoned by her parents for TWO HOURS. Video taken by an appalled local shows the little girl crying with her hands up to the window while people try to break into the car. Crowds of people gathered around the car and unsuccessfully tried to force the locks before they gained entry by smashing a window. It is understood the car was parked near a supermarket and the girl's parents claimed she was asleep when they left her.
