Three States Pass
Marijuana Legalization Michigan, Utah and Missouri all legalized Marijuana on Tuesday. Michigan became the
10th state to legalize
recreational marijuana. Utah and Missouri both
voted to legalize the plant

in the U.S. More than half of the
states in the country have now
legalized marijuana in some form. Marijuana is still illegal under the federal Controlled Substances Act. Earlier this year, President Donald Trump
said he will "probably" support
relaxing federal marijuana laws.
