No-Shave November Could Save Millions of Men

No-Shave November Could Save Millions of Men Men are giving up their razors for the occasion to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. The non-official holiday asks men to donate money they would’ve spent on shaving to fight cancer. The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild
and free. Men die on average five years earlier than women, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention. If shaving your beard isn’t your thing, the Movemember Foundation focuses on shaving your mustache. This began in Australia in 2006 and raised
$837 million across more than 20 countries.
