Info from Licensor: "This took place at in the afternoon while approaching the MoPac highway entrance from the feeder road on Cesar Chavez St. leaving downtown Austin. The left lane is an express toll lane and the right lane enters the free part of MoPac highway. The driver swerved at the last second into the express lane, then overcorrected trying to go back into the free lane."
