Good morning, it's a cold start to November. Inland and upper regions are waking up to negative morning lows, Seoul is waking up to a low of 3 degrees Celsius..dress warmly on your way out.

Daily highs will be couple notches higher than yesterday under plenty of sunshine. Beijing and Tokyo will also have similar highs at 18 degrees but it's a much colder morning in China's capital.

For a closer look at Korea's temperatures, most parts are feeling the chill compared to yesterday but Jeju is still mild. Meanwhile, watch out for dense fog layers in inland regions this morning and drive with care.

Daily highs will range between 14 and 18 degrees. Seoul will see highs a couple notches higher than yesterday at 14 degrees, Daegu and Gwangju will get up to 16 degrees.

Temperatures will rebound for just in time for the weekend, readings will hike well into mid teens, but lows stay on a colder side.
