Is Thailand's FDA Creating a Health Risk?

Some pharmacists say Thailand's Food and Drug Administration is trying to push through new drug laws that will make it easier for convenience stores to get into the business of selling drugs using underqualified staff.

The FDA chief himself stated: "I assure you that these draft laws were not written to allow convenience store chains to open illegal drug stores."
