According to Reuters, a shooting suspect was pushed into a federal courtroom Shackled to a wheelchair.
Robert Bowers is accused of killing 11 elderly worshipers at a synagogue in Pittsburgh, while wounding six other people, including four police officers.
The 46-year-old, who has a history of posting anti-Semitic material online, faces 29 criminal counts, including federal hate crimes.
